What are work ethics & how can they be demonstrated?

Work ethics are shown by being dedicated or putting in hard work. A good employee would show up early to work, he/she would prove that they are reliable. Also, showing good communication skills and being helpful are good ways to demonstrate your work ethics. All it really is, is being cooperative with your co-workers and being a great motivator. I think work ethics can be brought out of anyone if they are serious about their jobs. Showing these skills is good for progressing in your job, it would also be a good idea to explain those work ethics in an interview, there would be a bigger chance of getting hired.

What do I need to do for my goals to come true?

All it really takes is focus and dedication. If you don't actually want it, why even try? You're the only one that can take charge of your actions. So if you never achieve what you think you wanted to do, you can only blame yourself. If setting a goal doesn't push you to try your hardest in college, then what will? School can only do so much for you, the rest is up to you. You just have to learn to not let anything stand in your way. Will your dreams come true? That's up to you. Make it happen.

Communicating in High School

High school communication is not so much communicating anymore. Now a days teens communicate through technology. So many young people distracted by the small devices sitting in their pockets. They always feel that the web needs to know about every detail that happens in their life. But nothing is ever equal. There are always those students who get a lot of attention and those who get none at all. Some teens are even afraid to speak their minds because there will always be that one person who hates on you no matter how good or bad you are doing. They will always have something negative to say. This causes people to lay low and never speak. Then you go and ask why like what is wrong with them or why are they so quite as if something is bothering them and you don't even realize the real reason. Technology is destroying our society, our generation. Or at least we aren't using it correctly. This isn't communicating at all. This is a problem, and you know it.

Writing as a Teenager

Writing as a teenager almost always has the same affect on everyone. The students/ teenagers mostly always do the written assignments in a hurry. Now a days students rarely finish their work on time. Procrastination hits everyone at one point. This procrastination takes over the people and when they start writing, its not the best. They aren't working at their best potential. I am not only speaking for myself when I say that slacking off isn't always a good thing.
