What are work ethics & how can they be demonstrated?
Work ethics are shown by being dedicated or putting in hard work. A good employee would show up early to work, he/she would prove that they are reliable. Also, showing good communication skills and being helpful are good ways to demonstrate your work ethics. All it really is, is being cooperative with your co-workers and being a great motivator. I think work ethics can be brought out of anyone if they are serious about their jobs. Showing these skills is good for progressing in your job, it would also be a good idea to explain those work ethics in an interview, there would be a bigger chance of getting hired.

ReplyDeleteI think your right Gina work ethics can be well demonstrated by being helpful. Also proving that you are reliable is a good ethic.
ReplyDeleteI agree on you with that work ethics come out when they are serious about there job. Like people in the fast food insdusty, most of them are very lazy (not saying all fast food places are like this) but you can see a differenceike say, if you walked into a fabrication shop. All the people in there are serious and working there butts off.
ReplyDeleteHaving good work ethics can be shown in a variety of ways like the ones you mentioned. Anyone can truly have all the characteristics that you stated, it's just about having commitment.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you that people who are serious about their job will put in more and showcase better work ethics than those who don't. I also agree that everyone can have good work ethics, I think it depends on if they like their current job or not.
