Do you have to be friends with your co-workers?
Relationships in the workplace can be shown by being friendly. You don't necessarily have to be friends with them outside of work but when you are doing your job, it is always great to have someone to get along with. When you have people at work that you are good friends with, it can make it more fun, especially if you have things in common. You never know what surprises someone can bring when you are actually speaking to them. Just saying, it's never good to judge a book by it's cover although their appearance can have a big impact on how you think of them, just talk to the person, they can end up being a big part of your life. Having a friend at work can make the job better especially when you know you have someone there who is willing to help you. Never underestimate what a person can bring to you. Friends are always great help.

I think you don't have to good friends but just enough to trust. That way you guys work well together.
ReplyDeleteI think its good if you become friends with co workers because you feel more comfortable. I also think that you don't have to be friends because at the same time you aren't there to make friends.
ReplyDeleteHaving a friend or someone that you are comfortable with in a work place can make a job more fun is true. Also a person can make a big impact in your life and to never judge a book by its cover as you said is also true.
